Singer/Actress Courtney Love, of Hole, came in to promote her bands new album ''Celebrity Skin.'' As Gary was bringing Courtney into the studio she asked where the bathroom was. Gary pointed it out but she was right next to the mens room so she said that she'd just go in there instead. As she went in Tom Chiusano was coming out. Tom found it pretty funny. One of the interns was at the urinal and said that Courtney may have seen his penis. A minute later Courtney came in. She didn't say much about the bathroom incident since she had so many other things to talk about. Courtney was all over the place with her stories too. She was talking about dating Ed Norton and about Twiggy from Marilyn Manson's band. She dated him at one time also. Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins also came up. When Billy was on a few months ago he was complaining about not getting credit for helping out on Hole's new album. Courtney explained that Billy only spent 12 days working on the album and although he did contribute to the thing he didn't produce the album. Courtney also spoke about Marilyn Manson and Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails. She went over some things that happened in her childhood and it sounded pretty scary. Her father used to give her acid when she was 4 years old! Her mother was married 4 times and courtney lived in a shed at one point in her life. Courtney also mentioned that Drew Barrymore is one of her best friends and is the god mother of her daughter Francis Bean. Courtney is also working on the new Jim Carrey movie about the life of Andy Kauffman. Last week there was an incident where Jim Carrey injured his neck during the remake of a wrestling scene. Howard asked Courtney if it was faked. After Courtney went through a couple of other stories and explained what had happened on the set of the movie Howard concluded that the whole thing may have been done as a goof. Howard played Hole's first single off the new album and Courtney pointed out which riffs were Billy Corgan's. A few minutes later Gary came in to give Courtney some good news that she didn't know about. Her people told him that the Hole album is number 1 on the alternative charts. She was thankful but said she'd hoped to be number one on the Billboard charts. Courtney continued to talk to Howard for a really long time. Courtney says that her first orgasm came from another girl. So she has had some lesbian experiences in her life. After an hour worth of interviewing Howard said he had to take a break. Courtney begged to stay because she was having such a good time. After the break she came back for a little while longer. Howard played the next single, ''Malibu'', off the Hole album. Howard and Courtney kissed before she left.

- Courtney Love had some things to say about Trent on the Howard Stern Show a few days back... On September 28th, Courtney Love talked of her friendship with Manson and Twiggy and how Manson has "devoured his father" in reference to Trent. She continues on talking of what a "coward" Trent is for breaking up with her and having his bodyguards with him. Love also mentions she only sleapt with reznor on two occasions and he was a bad fuck. She kept on about how she wants him to come back so that she can blow him off of the stage, because she is a better rock star. She also discussed how paranoid and brilliant he is and said that she would like to see him out with new material so she could "compete" with him again.
- Courtney spoke a lot about Kurt Cobain, saying he was a "sweet boy" and commented on how one side of her wanted to allow him to keep using the drugs but the parental side of her thought it wasn't good since they had a baby.
- Courtney says she wished that Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic would have stuck up for her (I don't know exactly about what but I think it has to do with either the rumor that she killed Kurt or the rumor that Kurt helped write the songs on Live Through This)
- Many fans called in saying how much they love and admire Courtney. They say how much they stick up for her when other people diss her for wearing Versace.
- One caller commented on how Courtney was to her band members during rehearsal for their Saturday Night Live appearance years ago. He said that Courtney was yelling at Melissa for playing the wrong thing but Courtney said she wasn't sure but that she might have done it and that Melissa would kick her ass is she did.
- Hole are definitely looking for another guitarist to go out on tour with them and they want someone with charisma. Courtney is telling everyone to contact Geffen if you are that person. She also admist she isn't that good of a guitar player, but Howard tells her not to put herself down.
- She put an end to the rumor that she ever cheated on Kurt (with Evan Dando).
- Howard asks Courtney if she is into lesbianism, which Courtney denies. Drew Barrymore mentioned here.
- Courtney says she wasn't sure if she wanted to do the interview and says she asked other people if she should do it.
- Howard asks about Madonna and Courtney states that they shouldn't be compared to each other since they're both doing different things.
- Howard and Courtney talked about how they both were like outsiders in Hollywood. Courtney says she goes to Hollywood parties once a while but it's really not her thing.

- The conversation also went to Courtney's bra size. Courtney insists they're A's, Howard insists they're C's.
- Howard says he really loves the new album. And he also likes Courtney's eyes, nose, teeth, lips, voice and "messy hair".
- Courtney reveals that the second single from Celebrity Skin will be "Malibu", describing it as a very "Top 40" kind of song. They play Malibu while talking over it and Courtney tells Howard to turn it up louder.
- During the commercial break, Courtney gives Howard some inside rumors she knows about. I think she talks about Bill Clinton.
- Howard loves the Spin Magazine cover and says he has the picture up in his room. Courtney wonders if it is Melissa Auf der Maur he really likes but Howard insists its her.
- Courtney tells Howard she went to see Shirley Manson and Garbage at their concert last night.
- Courtney says she doesn't believe the media controls people and that people are not tuning in to the Clinton scandal.
- Howard and Courtney give each other a goodbye kiss. Howard asks if he can touch her butt and she says no. He comments on her hips and waist and Courtney tells him it's from yoga.
- Courtney leaves at about 9 am, thanks everyone, and says "Sat Nam" (the Buddhist incantation, which means "Truth is the identity," which Courtney also said after Hole's performance of "Celebrity Skin" at the MTV Awards)
