Courtney chats online
Courtney's first chat on the wonderful www.holemusic.com took place on the evening of Thursday, March 16. Things were pretty crazy since there was no moderator for the event, but Courtney spoke about the band's search for a new bassist, how she is still good friends with Melissa Auf der Maur, being Fred Durst's neighbour, the misconception that she doesn't like Korn, that she wants to tour with Bush, and how Hole have finished 8 songs for their next album. The chat transcript is available here from Holemusic.com

Courtney in John Carpenter's "Ghosts of Mars"?

Meanwhile, Thursday's chat (see above) revealed that "Julie Johnson" begins filming next week.

MTV says that "Durst was one of many music notables (including rapper Xzibit and members of Korn, No Doubt, Hole, and Orgy)..." So who was it from Hole that was actually there? Our bets are on Eric. The full story from MTV.

"The Canadian-born bassist is sure of one thing: She has landed a great gig. Her old boss, Courtney Love, told her so. 'Her attitude,' Auf der Maur says, 'was, 'Shit, if I could play 'I Am One' every night, I'd do it. Lucky for you, Melissa. Have fun.'"
